The Manchester United leader’s armband was demanded by the strangers who threatened him from Harry Maguire in order not to detonate the bomb.
Manchester United captain Harry Maguire became the target of unknown persons on Thursday (April 21) received a threat to plant a bomb in the house where he lives with his fiancé and two children.
According to a Daily Mail article, the unidentified men threatened the 29-year-old Englishman that they would detonate the bomb at his luxury home in Wilslow if he did not step down from the position of leader of the Red Devils.
We remind you that after searches with pyrotechnicians, the police did not find any explosive device in the home of the England international.
Maguire has been the focus of criticism for United’s poor performances of late but, according to a person close to him, he has no intention of leaving the team.
