Diaz scored a stoppage-time goal for Liverpool and called for his father to be released
Luis Diaz equalized for Liverpool in the 90+5 minute of the game against Luton and in celebration he raised his jersey and sent a message for the freedom of his father, who has been a victim of kidnapping for a few days.
Luis Diaz saved Liverpool from a painful defeat to Luton in injury time, scoring a 1-1 draw with a header and giving Klopp’s side a point.
The Liverpool international winger also sent a message after his goal as he solemnly called for the release of his father, who has been the victim of a kidnapping for several days.
When Dias scored a goal, he lifted up his shirt and underneath there was another one that read: “Freedom for my father.”
