Haaland on Chelsea derby: “I had never scored with my balls before”
Erling Haaland scored his second goal in the 4-4 draw against Chelsea in somewhat bizarre fashion, claiming it was the first time he had pushed the ball into the net with his genitals.
There is no doubt that the London clash between Chelsea and Manchester City on Sunday (12/11) was a promotional game for football and the Premier League. He scored eight goals, two turnovers and no winner as the teams emerged from the game in a draw.
Erling Haaland scored two goals for the Citizens, first opening the scoring with a white shot in the 25th minute and leveling the score at 2-2 in the 47th minute.
The Norwegian star poked fun at the way his second goal came after he pushed the ball into the net with a… special part of his body.
“I’ve never hit balls before. So it’s a milestone for me.” I don’t think too much about breaking Cole’s record. I’m thinking about winning. We are now at the top of the table and after all, the start to the season wasn’t that bad.” he said characteristically.
