Manchester United’s CEO is leaving at the end of the season due to the ‘arrival’ of Jimmy Ratcliffe
Manchester United chief executive Richard Arnold will be a thing of the past at the end of 2023 due to Sir Jimmy Ratcliffe’s “investment” in the team’s shares.
Sir Jimmy Ratcliffe has not officially acquired a 25 percent stake in Manchester United, but the changes the British billionaire wants to bring to the club have already begun.
British media are reporting that Red Devils CEO Richard Arnold will leave the club at the end of the season at the end of 2023. The Athletic had revealed that Arnold was leaving because of Ratcliffe, while Talksport reported that it was his decision for Arnold to leave.
A few minutes later, Manchester United announced the conclusion of its partnership with Richard Arnold. It is recalled that the Englishman was Ed Woodward’s successor from February 2022.
