Pierce Morgan: ‘I told Ronaldo to go to Arsenal’
British journalist and well-known Arsenal fan Pierce Morgan revealed he recently had a conversation with Cristiano Ronaldo whom he urged to join London and Arsenal next summer.
The ongoing negative results for Manchester United, who are threatened with expulsion from Europe, are likely to bring big changes next summer.
The Red Devils have already reached a formal agreement with Eric ten Hach, who will take over as the team’s technical lead at the end of the season, while many are also expected to face roster changes.
In fact, there are many reports wanting Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Old Trafford. He revealed that British journalist and well-known Arsenal fan Pierce Morgan recently spoke to him urging him to join London and the Gunners.
“Do you know what I would do if I were Arsenal manager? I would bring in Cristiano Ronaldo and put him up front. I had this conversation with him last week. I told him ‘come to Arsenal’.”
On paper, United have far more talented and far more experienced players, but they don’t have the right attitude. Whatever happens at this club, if they didn’t have Ronaldo on the team they wouldn’t win, while Arsenal have young, hungry, promising players who are in the mood. That’s encouraging,” he said. said Morgan.
