Aston Villa have changed their kits after players complained of feeling unwell
Aston Villa has received new kits from its partner company after both the men’s and women’s teams complained that the previous kits made them uncomfortable and affected their performances.
Aston Villa’s players were unhappy with this season’s performances as they got wet very quickly and sweat clung to their bodies, and complained to the company they work with.
This is an obvious problem as the jerseys become much darker than their original shape during games.
According to the Telegraph, manager Unai Emery has been working with the team’s equipment company to find a solution.
Castore has now delivered a newer and improved version of its design and hopes the issue has been resolved so that Aston Villa players’ performances are no longer affected by the discomfort caused by the shirts.
