Tuhel: “Of course I’m worried about the quartet”
The loss to Everton further closed the gap separating Chelsea from Arsenal and Tottenham, and Thomas Tuchel gave his players a sign of the risk of remaining in the top four.
Chelsea have not fared well lately and the game at Goodison Park was further confirmation, with the defeat by Everton (0-1) leaving them with a meager record of four points in the last equal number of Premier League games .
He even left Thomas Tuchel deeply troubled, who, not wanting to hide behind his finger in his statements, spoke cynically, admitting that in the face of pursuers Arsenal (63 points) and Tottenham (61 points).
“I am very disappointed. We knew what was coming from Everton and like in previous games we couldn’t keep the zero at home. Of course I’m worried about being in the top four.
I never feel safe “Four points in four games will never be enough.” Tuhel emphasized and added:
“What to do with individual mistakes? The ball is free, we score a goal and that’s the worst thing that can happen in such an atmosphere. It happens very often.”
It is difficult to avoid mistakes and therefore it is difficult for us to achieve results. If there is anything I can do I will try, but if I knew I would have done it sooner. For me the key is to keep the zero in the stove.”
