Saliba: “Of course Edgard scored a penalty”
Arsenal centre-back William Saliba was asked about Edgard’s hand in the game against Liverpool and stressed that it was a clear penalty.
Edgard’s handball at Arsenal against Liverpool has been the focus of attention since Saturday evening (December 23rd) as no one knows why the referee and the video assistant did not punish the offense.
An offense that the Gunners players would have committed if they had their way, and this is also shown by the words of William Saliba, who admitted after the game that the match referee was wrong. Chris Kavanagh, he didn’t show the white bull.
The French stopper said: “Of course, of course it was a penalty in Martin’s phase. But I’m not the referee who makes the decisions of the game.”
