Brentford are in talks with Christian Eriksen about his return to the Premier League, with Athletic even mentioning that the English club have offered the Danish club a six-month deal with the option of a further year.

While Christian Eriksen continues to work towards his return to action after the serious health problems he faced at the last Euro, reports in England want Brentford to negotiate with the Danish midfielder.

According to Athletic, the “bees” are have already offered the 29-year, six-month contract, which includes the possibility of a one-year extension.

It is worth noting that Brentford has a Danish manager, Thomas Frank, while the Premier League team’s owner also has Midtjylland.
