Manchester United are preparing a purchase proposal for Engolo Cande, who has been signed at Chelsea until 2023. The Blues have so far had no desire to sell him.
According to a Guardian article, Manchester United are interested in acquiring Engolo Cade. The French midfielder has a contract with Chelsea until the summer of 2023 and the Red Devils are keen to appropriate him to strengthen their midfield.
The departure of Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic as free agents has vacated two positions in midfield and Ten Hach takes a sympathetic view of the 31-year-old international midfielder’s fall.
According to this post, Chelsea are not in the mood to let him go so far as Thomas Tuchel is counting on him a lot despite suffering badly from injuries lately.
If Cande does not want to renew his contract with the Blues, then it is very likely that there will be developments this summer. Chelsea bought Cande from Leicester in the summer of 2016. In total, he has played 260 times for the Blues, with a record of 13 goals and 15 assists.
