A Covid passport is no longer required for entry into the Premier League
The UK has eased measures against the spread of the coronavirus, a fact that has brought about a significant change in the Premier League as fans can enter the stadium without the ‘Covid Passport’. Changes in health protocol regarding the postponement of games in the championship.
The Premier League has announced that fans can now go to stadiums without a “Covid passport” (vaccination card) following the UK government’s relaxation of lockdown measures.
Previously, this document was required to access the stadiums, which is no longer valid, at least according to what will apply in the near future.
At the same time, however, the organizer issued a strong recommendation to the fans, which states, among other things, that fans with coronavirus symptoms should not go to the stadium, wear their masks and be tested on the day of the game.
Of course, that won’t be the only change as the Premier League has announced a side can request a game to be postponed as long as they have at least four cases of first-team players. This change comes into effect on 5 February and from Burnley’s game against Watford.
