Harry freaked out and held up his middle finger
Maurizio Sarri clashed with Verona’s sporting director during the sides’ clash, with the TV camera capturing him in an obscene gesture towards the away bench.
Lazio took the three points against Verona and won 2-0, with the pace of the game being quite intense. A case in point is Maurizio Sarri’s confrontation with the opposing team’s technical staff.
More precisely, in the 73rd minute and while “Lazio” were already leading 1-0 thanks to Ciro Immobile’s goal, Sarri had a heated argument with a member of the Verona bank.
In fact, the TV camera caught the Italian technician making an obscene gesture and raising his middle finger.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport and DAZN, Sarri fell out with the team’s sporting director Alessandro Mazzola: “I felt like he said to me, ‘Sit down’ explained the 63-year-old at the press conference. “After that we explained what happened and laughed.” he added.
