Paulo Souza candidate to replace Allegri at Juventus
According to Italian outlet La Pepublicca, Paulo Sousa is one of the cases where Juventus are considering replacing Massimiliano Allegri.
Massimiliano Allegri is close to being eliminated from Juventus after the Bianconeri’s poor start to the season in both Serie A and the Champions League.
Those responsible at Turin have already started the preparatory work on the successor situation and, according to the Italian newspaper “La Reppublica”, are examining the case of Paulo Souza, among other things. Souza has also been linked to Olympiakos, according to a report by Brazilian website globo.
The Portuguese coach had a bad spell on the Flamengo bench and is currently free. Thomas Tuchel is also a candidate, as is of course the U-19 coach of the Bianconeri, Paolo Montero. The picture should become clearer in the coming days as Juventus look to take advantage of the national teams’ break.
