Dybala: ‘I talk a lot with Mourinho, I often had disagreements with Allegri’
Paulo Dybala has opened up about the differences between Mourinho and Allegri, with Joya praising the particular one but also acknowledging the contribution his former coach had to his career development.
After seven years at Juventus, mostly obeying Massimiliano Allegri’s orders, Paulo Dybala is now based in Rome, with the Argentine revealing in an interview that he has an excellent relationship with Jose Mourinho and also speaks well of his former coach Vecchia Signora .
“The differences between Mourinho and Allegri? In many things on the pitch they are the same, like in the defensive function and managing the games, in others they are not. With Mourinho we talk more and we compete a lot. Obviously they are two different worlds, but they also have a lot in common.
If I missed the games with Allegri? Not at all, some times we didn’t agree but then we both tried to give Juventus the best which is the most important thing.
It’s not like we’ve been fighting all day.” stressed the Argentine striker of the Giallorossi, adding how “Allegri was one of the coaches who contributed the most to my development over the many years he was at Juve.”
