Napoli 4-0 Sassuolo: Galloping towards the title with leaders Osimen and Kvaratthelia

Napoli’s frantic run to win the Scudetto continued on Matchday 12 as Spalletti’s side showed their strength against Sassuolo, winning 4-0 with Osimen (hat-trick) and Kvaratthelia scoring.

Napoli have been one of the most in-form teams in Europe since the start of the season and have shown it emphatically on every occasion. Sassuolo was the last to note the great dynamism and class of Luciano Spalletti’s team, with the Partenopei triumphing 4-0, with Victor Osimen (hat-trick) and Kvitsa Kvaratthelia (1 goal – 2 assists) as the main players.

In fact, it was the eighth consecutive league win for the Serie A champions, while if you add in Champions League games they’re running one an amazing 13-game winning streak in all competitions (in five of them he scored at least four goals).


Osimen and Kvaratthelia held the baguette

In the first half, in which the Partenopei were highly efficient and converted all big chances into goals, essentially everything decided to secure a three-goal safety cushion. Osimen brought the water to the groove by scoring through the same number of assists from Kvaratthelia in the 4th and 19th minutes, while Georgianos received an assist from Mario Rui to make it 3-0 with an elusive shot in the 36th minute and now a hand can put in 11 goals in the league (6 goals and 5 assists).

In the second half, both teams’ pace slacked, with Kvaratthelia being substituted in the 71st minute but Osimen remaining on the field and punishing an error from Sassuolo’s defense in the 77th minute to make the final 4-0 with excellent field Goal and has scored four goals in the last two league games.
