Mourinho after Verona draw: ‘I won’t talk, I’d better go home for dinner’
Jose Mourinho preferred to remain silent after Roma’s draw with Verona, their third consecutive La Liga draw, stressing in a post on social media that it’s better to go home for dinner.
Jose Mourinho has been in the eye of the storm lately due to Roma’s poor performances, with Italian reports saying the administration are skeptical of the prospect of the two sides’ collaboration continuing after the end of the season.
On Saturday (February 20), “Jalorosi”, despite losing two goals against Verona, saved the result 2-2 and continued the fourth game in a row without a win – three consecutive draws in Serie A and exclusion Inter’s Coppa Italia quarter-finals.
The Portugal coach, who according to the media is on fire, declined to comment after the game’s final but took to social media to stress that he would rather remain silent and return home for dinner.
“Image 1 Possession. Image 2 Live football. Image 3 I love these people and I fight for them. Image 4 I won’t talk, it’s better to go home and have a nice dinner”, wrote features under the post on his personal Instagram account.
