Serie A
Atalanta – Salernitana 8: 2: Torfest in Bergamo
Atalanta recorded one of their biggest wins of the season after beating Salernitana 8-2 in Bergamo on matchday 18 of Serie A.
Atalanta didn’t stop scoring in Bergamo and blew me away 8-2 the Salernitana for Matchday 18 of Serie A, a result that puts them back in the hunt for the Champions League.
It wasn’t until the 5th minute that Jeremy Boga showed the way and maybe Boulagé Dieu equalized in the 10th minute, then things went…downhill on the pitch.
Ademola Lukman with two goals and Giorgio Scalvini, Ten Kopmeiners and Rasmus Heilund made it 6-1 up to the 54th minute.
Hans Nikoloussi’s scoring reduction had no counterpart as the visitors conceded two more goals, from Ederson and Nadir Zortea, to make it 8-2.
In the games with a Greek presence, Bologna defeated Udinese 2-1 at home Babi Lykogiannis 74 minutes in the game. He also celebrated twice Dimitris Nikolaou fundamental and irreplaceable with Spezia’s 1-0 at Torino’s home stadium and the Greek stopper. The only loser was George Kyriakopouloswho was not used in Lazio’s 2-0 win over Sassuolo.
