Paulo Dybala was once again crucial for Roma who scored a goal to win 2-0 on her Florence out of 10 players and finished fifth with Lazio and Atalanta at the end of Matchday 18 in Serie A.

The Giallorossi were superior but the Viola were competitive until a 24th-minute tackle with Dodo sent him early to the dressing room with a second yellow card. With an extra player Roma became more aggressive and in the 40th minute the combination of Tammy Abraham and Dybala made it 1-0.

The visitors didn’t have much to offer in attack and waited for a set piece or a mistake to chase the equaliser. The hosts were in full control, found a new goal after a combination of Abraham and Dybala and eventually clinched the win that puts them on course for the Champions League.
