Roma open to selling Gianiolo with Tottenham eyeing him
Roma are now ready to sell Niccolo Zaniolo in January with Tottenham monitoring the situation closely.
Niccolo Zaniolo is likely to continue away from Roma. As reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Giallorossi are open to selling the 23-year-old attacking midfielder.
Gianiolo’s contract expires in the summer of 2024 and Roma want to use the fact to sell the elusive footballer on their own terms.
Jose Mourinho’s team are asking €40m for his case, accepting a purchase rather than a loan. Tottenham are currently overseeing his case.
Zaniolo has been with Roma since the summer of 2018. He has featured in 17 games in all competitions this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
