Osimen: ‘I’m working hard to play in the Premier League one day’
Victor Osimen made it clear in his statements that he is working hard to one day fulfill his dream of competing in the Premier League.
One of the faces of this season is Victor Osimen. The 24-year-old Nigerian has scored 19 goals in 24 Serie A games and guided Napoli to the league title alongside Kvitsa Kvaratthelia.
On Monday (June 3rd) he referred to his goals for the coming years at his award ceremony by journalists: “I play in one of the top five leagues, Serie A, and it’s incredible. A lot of people think the Premier League is the best league.
I’m working hard to fulfill my dream of playing in the Premier League one day. But like I said, it’s a process and I want to keep the momentum going.” he said as he sat next to Aurelio De Laurentiis, the Napoli strongman.
Osimen has a contract with the Partenopei until the summer of 2025, while Manchester United and Arsenal are already scouting his case, according to the Daily Mail. It remains to be seen if there will be any developments in the coming months.
