Serie A table after Napoli and AC Milan and Inter win
This is how the Serie A table developed after Napoli’s away wins against Lecce and Inter and Milan’s points loss against Salernitana and Empoli respectively.
On the 29th matchday of Serie A, Inter, Napoli and Milan danced the dance on Friday evening (April 7th), since next week they have all been playing in the quarter-finals of the Champions League: with Benfica the Nerazzurri, mutually the Partenopei with the Rossoneri.
Of those three sides, only Napoli smiled as Luciano Spalletti’s side won 2-1 away in Lecce to take another step towards the Scudetto and extend their lead over second-placed Lazio to 19 marks.
On the other hand, Inter took the lead in Salerno but conceded a goal from Candreva in the 90s and dropped two points, while Milan also threw away as many, with Pioli’s team stuck at 0-0 with Empoli and them too through the championship lose valuable ground in the fight to get out of the new Champions League.
