Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to continue his career in Italy and Serie A for Monza on a free transfer from AC Milan.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic may be a thing of the past from Milan by the end of the season when his contract with the Rossoneri expires, but his future should not be far from Italy.

Foot Mercato report that the veteran Sweden striker is on the verge of joining forces with Monza, who are based just under 20km from Milan. In fact, the release gives a more than 90% chance that this transfer will go ahead.

Monza is owned by Silvio Berlusconi, who previously owned Milan and worked with Ibra in his early days at the Rossoneri, while there he will also meet Adriano Galliani, who he also worked with at Milan.
