After deducting ten points, Juventus received another slap in the face as they were beaten 4-1 by Empoli at Carlo Castellani and their Champions League ticket is dwindling.

Today’s (22/05) bad day for Juventus, after another ban for accounting fraud, was sealed with a heavy away defeat at Empoli when they lost 4-1 at Carlo Castellani on Matchday 36 of Serie A.

Juventus currently has 59 points and sits in seventh place and -5 behind Milan, who are currently in fourth place and have the ticket to the new season’s Champions League in their hands. Empoli advanced to 42 and is currently safe from relegation.

The Bianconeri scored in the 15th minute through Manuel Locatelli, but the goal was disallowed by the referee for an offensive foul.
