Lina Sulukou has recently assumed a particularly tricky position at Roma as the club’s chief executive after Italian website ‘Calcio e Finanza’ published details of her contract.

Roma decided some time ago to part ways with Pietro Berardi and leave the CEO position in Greek hands, specifically to Lina Souloukou, who has enjoyed a hugely successful six-year tenure (2016-2022) at Olympiakos.

Her role is extremely important in the club’s organization chart, considering that she performs the duties of CEO and general manager and has responsibilities related to the development of the company and the project of building the new stadium. Salary is also extremely important.

Details of their contract were published by the Italian website “Calcio e Finanza”. Accordingly, Lina Sulukou has powers that include signing contracts of up to €500,000 for Roma management and up to €3 million for sports execution contracts.

For all the tasks assigned to her, the 40-year-old Greek receives 800,000 euros “net” as managing director and a further 50,000 euros net as general manager, and there is also a percentage of between 50 and 75 percent. that the fixed salary fluctuates and is linked to the achievement of certain targets.

According to the same publication, certain benefits are also granted, such as a residence allowance (gross annual amount of 125,000 euros) and six round-trip tickets between Rome and Athens for the family per year.
