Inter fulfilled their duty in Turin against the local side and finished Serie A perfectly with a 1-0 win before facing Manchester City in the Champions League final.

Inter prevailed 1:0 her Turin on the final day of Serie A and wrapped up the domestic competitions of the season just a week before facing Manchester City in the Champions League final.


The ‘Nerazzurri’ came with a few changes, the most fundamental of them all being Nicolo Barella, allowing Simone Inzaghi to rest the players ahead of Istanbul.

It was Marcelo Brozovic who scored after a pass from Romelu Lukaku in the 33rd minute and gave Milan the lead.

That goal stood to the end, with Inter having the most chances, but Lautaro Martinez remained goalless, leaving Victor Osimen alone in the battle for the division’s top scorer.
