The Fiorentina presented their new logo
After 2003, Fiorentina decided to change its logo, simplifying the shield into a perfect rhombus, while connecting the present with the past.
On Friday the unveiling of the new Fiorentina logo took place. Viola presented her new brand, which will be used from the 2022/2023 season.
The ancient coat of arms of Fiorentina is simplified to a perfect rhombus, while there is also a purple “v” beneath the established lily, the city’s symbol. The link to the past is clear as the new brand has a similar shape to one of the first Fiorentina logos, according to the team’s tweets.
Fiorentina also presented their new motto, which reads: “we play to be different”. Apart from the violas, we remind you that in recent years Juventus, Inter and Hellas Verona have changed their logos in Italy.
