Inter and Chelsea talks over Koulibaly and Lukaku’s double loan
Chelsea and Inter Milan have started negotiations over the summer double loan of Kalidou Koulibakli and Romelu Lukaku.
Chelsea are ready to sign both Kalidou Koulibaly and Romelu Lukaku on loan for the next few months.
