Milan want to drive a wedge at Inter Milan for Lukaku
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are considering Romelu Lukaku’s move next summer, even if it’s a normal deal from Chelsea.
AC Milan have been caught in a transfer frenzy as they are expected to bid farewell to Sandro Tonali who is moving to Newcastle. He has selected Fratezi and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to replace the Italy midfielder.
Inter are also interested in the Sassuolo midfielder, however this won’t be the only Milan derby in the summer transfer market. Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Rossoneri are also considering a move from Lukaku alongside Marcus Tiram.
The Belgian striker will return to Chelsea from his loan spell at compatriot (Milan) Inter but won’t stay with the Blues. The Nerazzurri are interested in bringing him back on loan but Chelsea want him out of the squad. And according to the Italian publication, he could even sell him for 40 million euros.
Inter can’t provide that amount, unlike Milan who are considering it. It remains to be seen whether he will go through with this move.
