Weah was Juventus’ second signing of the summer
Timothy Weah is Juventus’ second signing of the summer. The Turin giants sign him until 2028 and step up their attack ahead of the new season.
After acquiring Milik from Marseille (he played on loan last year) and extending his partnership with Rabiot, the time has come for the second summer acquisition of Juventus, nicknamed Timothy Weah.
The 23-year-old American winger left Lille to continue his Serie A career with the Bianconeri. The son of the great George Weah, who made his mark in Italian football with AC Milan in the 1990s, has signed a five-year deal with Partnerships generating an annual revenue of €2m.
As for the money that the “Lilouis” will receive, the Turin team has agreed to pay them an amount of 10.3 million euros in two installments, while another 2.1 million euros are foreseen in the form of bonuses.
“Hello everyone, beautiful and ugly! I’m Tim, I’m proud to be a Bianconeri and I hope to see you soon. I can’t wait to play for you and achieve victories together. I love you so much, do you understand? you soon”was his first message after the deal was announced.
