Inter did not sit idly by after the loss of Marcelo Brozovic and ‘reacted’ with Davide Fratezzi taking the 23-year-old Italian midfielder on from Sassuolo until 2028.

Davide Fratezzi has been an Inter player since Thursday (July 6th). The 23-year-old Italian midfielder has successfully passed the second part of the medical tests he underwent (he passed the first part on Wednesday) and has gone to Milanese’s offices to sign and sign a cooperation agreement with them.

This runs until 2028, with Italian media reporting that the player has signed a contract until 2028 with an annual salary of €2.8m.

As for the cost of his move from Emilia Romagna to Lombardy, Italian website Sportmediaset report that Inter will initially loan him out for €6m and buy him next summer, which translates to €26-27m plus €3m of a bonus .

“We also talked to Milan but time was pressing, Inter were faster and we decided to sign with them,” Fratezi’s manager Pepe Rizzo pointed this out shortly after the agreement.
