The Ola Solbakken case involves Olympiakos and according to Sportish information, contacts are currently being made with Roma for the Norway winger and he is open to the prospect of Olympiakos.

Olympiacos are particularly active in the transfer market and it is expected that further measures to strengthen the squad will be taken.

One of the cases that people in Piraeus are really interested in is that of Ola Solbakken. The 24-year-old Norwegian right winger is on the radar at Olympiakos and according to information from Sportish, the interest is real.

As Antonis Economidis reports, contacts were indeed made with both the Roma and the footballer himself. The Eternal City team primarily want to sell (that’s not in Jose Mourinho’s plans) which is why he has turned down loan offers so far.

Their original demands are 6 million euros. The open channel and the good relations with Olympiakos naturally allow flexibility in all negotiations.

The soccer player himself listens, discusses, asks and searches. The prospect of wearing the red and white shirt doesn’t look against him negatively. In fact, his own claims are within the scope of Olympiakos (he collects 1.2 million euros a year).

Roma signed Solbakken on a free transfer last January and since then he has made 14 appearances in campeonato (seven as a regular) up to the end of last season. He made just one appearance this year, coming on as a 68th-minute substitute for Dybala in the game against Hellas Verona last Saturday. It should be emphasized that he has been a national team player eight times and has scored one goal.
