To investigator Pogba with his brother in the case of blackmail and witchcraft allegations
On September 15, Paul Pogba will appear before investigators along with his brother Matias and five other men suspected of allegedly blackmailing the Juventus midfielder.
Paul Pogba will compete against it with his brother Matias and five other men suspected of blackmailing and kidnapping him 13 million euros.
According to RMC, they will all appear before prosecutors in a Paris court on September 15 and it will be the first time the France international has faced his brother Mathias, a year after he was charged with “attempted extortion”.
What happened
It all started in September 2022 when Matias Pogba released several VIDEOS and made heavy revelations about the Juventus player.
Among other things, he had complained that the France international had spent millions of dollars on magic to avoid injuries, but also that cast a spell on many of his teammates, including himself, out of jealousy Kylian Mbappe.
Then Paul Pogba counterattacked and reported his brother to the police that he was blackmailing him along with their childhood friends.
The Juventus midfielder has told the Central Office for the Fight against Organized Crime that he has been trapped by his brother, the gang and two hooded gunmen who have demanded €13m from him on separate occasions.
The first incident happened in March 2022, during a national team break, when Paul Pogba was in Paris and this “group” ambushed him, isolating him in an apartment and asking him for this money, claiming that he had become a professional footballer in the meantime and supported not financially, although he earned a lot of money himself.
Pogba stressed that he saw his blackmailers in Manchester in April (a month after the first incident) as well as in July at the Juventus training center in Turin, where he recognized his brother, among others.
Pogba claims he helped them financially until January, when he threw a friend out of his home in Manchester after catching him stealing money (close to €200,000).
