Pogba’s deadline to request a review is Thursday
As “La Stampa” reports, Paul Pogba, who tested positive for testosterone during a doping test, has until Thursday (September 14) to request a test.
Time is not on Paul Pogba’s side, who, after testing positive for testosterone in a doping test following Juventus’ game against Udinese last August, has until Thursday (14/9) to request a review.
As Stampa reports, The verification will take place in Rome at the Acqua Acetosa laboratories in the presence of experts and lawyers appointed by the player.
If the second test is positive, Juventus can terminate his contract. At this point, the club has temporarily suspended him from the team and will not allow him to the training facilities.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the positive result of a doping test that Pogba underwent was due to a nutritional supplement from the USA that was actually recommended to him by a doctor friend.
It is recalled that Pogba has signed until the summer of 2026 and his annual earnings are eight million euros.
