Milan 2-0 Genoa: Leao and Messia bring the Rossoneri back to wins and to the top

Milan defeated Genoa 2-0 at the San Siro to return to the top of the table with two points (but also a game) more than second Inter. Leao and Messias were anointed goalscorers for the Rossoneri, with the Genoese staying below the relegation zone.

Milan returned to the top and won (after two consecutive draws) in Serie A with a 2–0 win over Genoa at the San Siro for the 33rd game of the Italian Championship. Big protagonists for Stefano Pioli’s team were Rafael Leao, who scored the first goal of the game in the 11th minute, and Messias, who scored the final score in the 87th minute.

The game had a slow pace and some good phases, with the Rossoneri having possession but generally not being particularly dangerous against Salvatore Sirigu’s house. It is significant that they managed to find nets in their first finale of the game.

In the second half, the Genoese tried to get something out of the game, but to no avail. On the contrary, the Rossoneri were the ones who threatened the most with Salamekers and Leao and scored the goal with Messias in the 87th minute, in the sustained phase in Sirigo’s frame, then with a nice finish and after first beating the experienced Italian goalkeeper his first try, the young rossoneri midfielder.

With this result, Milan climbed to the top, while Genoa remain below the relegation zone with 22 points, three less than 17th Cagliari.

Milan: Menian, Gambia, Kaloulou, Tomori, Hernandez, Tonali, Benasser, Salemakers, Leao, Cassier, Zirou.

Genoa: Sirigu, Hefti, Estigard, Hase, Korb, Fredrup, Bandelli, Galdames, Amiri, Piccoli, Ekuban.

Incredibly, Mourinho, he sang it to Kvaratshelias and was hugging and kissing him within 10 seconds

An incredible scene took place in the first 45 minutes of the Roma-Napoli game in which Jose Mourinho first theatrically cheered Kvaratshelias and then hugged and kissed him within ten seconds.

Incredible scene in Rome – Napoli where Jose Mourinho first chants Quaratschelia and then within ten seconds hugs, kisses and talks to him as if he were his father.

In the 37th minute of the game, the Georgian international earned a foul and a yellow card from his opponent, in a phase that took place in front of Mourinho, who insisted that there was not even a foul.

Afterwards, the Portuguese technician initially shouted at Kvaratshelias, telling him that he was just acting, but as he approached Georgianos, he hugged him, kissed him and began talking to him in a very calm tone while the two men found each other. A little later, the recording showed Mourinho having a very friendly chat with Osimen.
