Barcelona again for Lautaro, Inter want a move
Barcelona have expressed an interest in Lautaro Martinez’s case, with Inter open to a potential player swap.
In the summer of 2020, Lautaro Martinez was very close to a move to FC Barcelona, however, contacts and talks never resulted in a final agreement between the two sides.
However, the Argentinian striker regretted it, staying at Inter and celebrating the title after the ‘Nerazzurri’ rose to the top of Serie A after 11 years.
Two years later, Barcelona are considering a return for the 24-year-old, according to SPORT, at a time when Bayern are preparing to sit at the negotiating table with Robert Lewandowski in the coming weeks to convince him to stay in Munich and not leave for Barcelona.
For their part, Inter are ready to swap him for a Blaugrana player, according to the publication, as they feel he hasn’t lived up to their expectations.
The Italian club will cost him around €70-80m but the cost can be cut significantly if both sides agree on a swap.
