Juventus 1-1 Bologna: Vlahovic saved defeat at 90+4′
Dusan Vlahovic scored in the delays and secured a point for Juventus in their 33rd Serie A game after their 1-1 draw with Bologna in Turin.
A few days after the draw Milan vs Milan, the Bologna gets another away note. Sinisa Mikhailovic’s team also punished Juventus for the (unacceptable) 4th appearance they wore at ‘Alliance Stadium’ and clinched the tie 1-1 for the 33rd game of Serie A.
The hosts had the first and last word throughout the game, losing several chances and having a crossbar, but they were punished for their failure. With only two well-aimed hits, they didn’t have much to gain from the game, even if they met the not optimally conditioned “rosoblou”.
At the beginning of the second part, Roberto Soriano’s excellent energy and Marko Arnautovic’s vertical made it 1-0 for the guests. The game was completely transferred to the Bologna stadium and in 84′ a decisive phase took place. Alvaro Morata was preparing to enter the penalty area, he was brought down and the stage was checked for a penalty and a dismissal. Andamas Sumaoros’ fall came from outside the box but didn’t save the second yellow card as the Spaniard was ready for four fours. Gary Medell also received a second yellow card for protesting, with the result that Bologna were asked to complete the game with 9 players.
In the 4th minute of the delay, the pressure from the “bianconeri” paid off with a narrow header from Dusan Vlahovic, which landed in the net, but the hosts could not go any further and were limited to a draw.
