Roma calls the article about Mourinho’s dismissal fake news
Corriere dello Sport have revealed that Mourinho will be sacked if they lose to Cagliari, with Roma labeling the report as fake news.
An effervescence has arisen in Rome. The Corriere dello Sport wrote on its front page on Saturday (July 10) that the owners of the Italian team were ready to sack Jose Mourinho if he failed to win against Cagliari.
However, the Giallorossi soon denied the report. Roma in particular described the news as false in a statement to the Italian news agency.
In fact, the Giallorossi claim that there was no contact between Dan Friedkin, one of the team’s owners, and Hansi Flick.
