Juventus’ two options in Italy for the anti-Pogba

With Paul Pogba facing a serious ban for testing positive for testosterone in a doping test, Juventus are looking for potential replacements as two cases have already been detected within Italian borders.

Paul Pogba tested positive for testosterone in the second sample he underwent as part of a doping control and is now facing a severe punishment from the Italian sports justice system, which could be up to four years.

Juventus, for its part, will “cut” Paul Pogba’s salary by 95%, reducing it from 8 million to 42,000 euros. What interests Massimo Allegri, however, is not so much the financial aspect, but rather the player who should be brought in to fill his vacant position and his punishment will be upheld.

A few days ago news leaked that Arsenal were targeting Thomas Partey, while recent reports suggest there are two players who are doing very well in Serie A who are of interest to the Bianconeri.

The main target is Ten Kopmeiners, who has already entered the final year of his contract with Atalanta. Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that the Dutch international defensive midfielder is on the Vecchia Signora’s radar and there are even plans for a move for Dea next January.

However, in the event that his case does not progress, there is an alternative solution within the borders, and that is none other than 21-year-old Lazar Samardzic, with the Serbian midfielder having very good performances in the Udinese jersey.
