Since his contract expires in June 2024, Mr Mourinho he doesn’t know if he’ll stay there Roma next season and insists that “anti-Murinoism” will be followed by those who will be happy if the Giallorossi don’t win.

I don’t know it. Before the final in Budapest I promised the players that I would stay. After the game against Spezia at the Stadio Olimpico I told the fans that I would stay and now I’m here“, he replied about his future after the end of the current season.

The interview ends with a classic Mourinho answer to a related question about whether “Mourinismo” exists and what it means. “There is also anti-murinism. Especially in Rome you can find both sides. Anti-Mourinism is followed by people who are happy when Roma don’t win and when Roma don’t achieve European success.

They have fun on the radio and that’s fine. I say this because I meet people on the streets all over the world who identify with my way of life. But for me the most important game is always the next one, the past is history“.
