Juventus 1-1 Inter: Martins responds to Vlahovic to keep the Nerazzurri on top
The first Derby d’Italia this year only offered excitement in the first half and there was no winner. Lautaro Martinez responded to Dusan Vlahovic’s goal to keep Inter on top at +2 against Juventus.
The 249-run Derby d’Italia did not produce a winner as second-placed Juventus took on leaders Inter at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday evening (26/11) in Serie A matchday 13, leaving Simone Inzaghi’s side ahead by +2 against that of Massimiliano Allegri.
The first half kept the crowd in suspense when Dusan Vlahovic scored the first goal in the 27th minute after an assist from Chiesa and caused excitement with his celebration (“You talk too much, I can’t hear you,” was the message to his critics) and Lautaro Martinez equalized in the 33rd minute and scored 13 goals in as many first games.
In contrast, the second half was disappointing in terms of spectacle and featured only one finish from both teams, leaving the score 1-1 and ending two winning streaks, with Juventus entering the derby on a five-game winning streak in the league and at Inter with them six consecutive wins in all competitions.
The match
The first ten minutes saw the derby run at a slow pace, but it didn’t take long for the engines to get going. The first big chance came in the 15th minute when Chiesa’s shot from a wide position went past Sommer’s right post.
Inter were “challenged” and wanted to respond with Martines (Cesny blocked his header in the 18th minute) and Tsalhanoglou (his ambitious shot from outside the penalty area in the 20th minute missed the target), so the phase came to an end in the 27th minute , where he lit the match.
It was Chiesa who sparked the game as he came inside from the left, drawing three Inter players towards him, and at the right moment he turned the ball level with the penalty area, with Vlahovic touching one of them and sending the ball deep into the net Penalty area sent the left corner of Sommer’s home stadium with his first goal since September 16 (1-0).
It was the first time Inter had fallen behind in Serie A this season, but the Coppa Italia champions did not panic and responded with a goal six minutes later.
Sommer played to Dumfries, who found a pass to Barela, who passed it on to Thuram, and the Frenchman turned from the right to meet Martines. The Argentine world champion jumped brilliantly to the front post and fired a diagonal shot past Cesny (1-1) for his 13th goal in this year’s championship and his first against the Vecchia Signora in four years.
There was little action after the Argentine’s goal until both teams headed to the Allianz Stadium dressing room for half-time. The second half began without a change of both coaches and Thuram threatened for Inter in the 50th minute. But Sezni blocked.
After that the pace dropped significantly and the derby was dominated by strong duels, especially in the middle area, with Allegri making his first move over Locatelli in the 61st minute.
Inzaghi responded in the 70th minute by substituting ex-Juventus players Cuadrado and Augusto, followed by two hard fouls from Cuadrado and Kostic, which were punished with a yellow card, and in the 80th minute the Torino duo subbed in The attack line with Ken and Milik replace the exhausted Chiesa and Vlahovic.
This carousel with the refreshment of the two elevens with new faces lasted until the 90th minute, but since the picture of the derby did not change in the second half, the two goalkeepers did not sweat (no final result). the hosts, one for the guests) and the 1:1 rightly remains until the final to maintain Inter’s lead and +2 against Juventus.

Incredibly, Mourinho, he sang it to Kvaratshelias and was hugging and kissing him within 10 seconds
An incredible scene took place in the first 45 minutes of the Roma-Napoli game in which Jose Mourinho first theatrically cheered Kvaratshelias and then hugged and kissed him within ten seconds.
Incredible scene in Rome – Napoli where Jose Mourinho first chants Quaratschelia and then within ten seconds hugs, kisses and talks to him as if he were his father.
In the 37th minute of the game, the Georgian international earned a foul and a yellow card from his opponent, in a phase that took place in front of Mourinho, who insisted that there was not even a foul.
Afterwards, the Portuguese technician initially shouted at Kvaratshelias, telling him that he was just acting, but as he approached Georgianos, he hugged him, kissed him and began talking to him in a very calm tone while the two men found each other. A little later, the recording showed Mourinho having a very friendly chat with Osimen.
