Eleven years of waiting are over. Milan are Italian champions and take the scepter from Inter in the duel between the two teams until the end of Serie A.

The party was set up early in Reggio Emilia and nothing could stop it. The city was painted in Rosoneri colors and the same happened to “Mapei” where Milan was imposed 3-0 from Sassuolo for the 38th game of Serie A and won that year’s Italian championship.

Two goals from Olivier Giroud after passes from Rafael Leao and one from Frank Cassier shaped the title situation from the first half for the “Rossoneri”, who dominated the entire game at a time when the game was still interesting.

In the 2nd half, the guests just tried to pass the time without surprises from his team George Kyriakopoulos (played throughout the game) and in the 70th minute they recorded a historic moment. Zlatan Ibrahimovic came on as a substitute and picked up eleven years later from the 2011 league.

Milan’s win made the game indifferent back home. THAT Inter greeted her Samdoriabut her victory with 3-0 was not combined with the defeat of the “Rossoneri”, the only scenario that kept the Scudetto in the blue part of Milan. The game was inevitably one-sided and a gamble, the first goal was scored by Ivan Perisic, the player who presented the trophy to the “Nerazzurri” and then opened the exit door, dissatisfied with the behavior of the leadership issuing the contract extension.

Joaquin Correa scored the remaining goals of the game, all in the first quarter of the second half, with the “frozen” crowd in the stands applauding half-heartedly by “Giuseppe Meazza” due to the result of the game in Italian South.
