Serie A: The golden book of the Italian championship, the 19th of Milan
Milan became Italian champions for the 19th time in their history, defeating Inter.
Inter reached the 19th Italian championship last season and overtook Milan in the “Golden Book”, the “Rossoneri” responded this year and lifted the Scudetto, they also reached the 19 trophies.
For the first time since 2011, when they celebrated the title again with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in attack, Stefano Pioli’s side topped the table at the end of a season.
Still, this is only his third championship of the 21st century as whatever it did abroad it found obstacles at home against Juventus and Inter.
