Monza came to a final agreement with Ranocchia

Andrea Ranocchia is set to become Monza’s first signing in Serie A history, with journalist Gianluca Di Marzio revealing he has inked a two-year deal with the newcomers.

Just ten days after the formalization of François Modesto’s move from Olympiakos to Monza to take up the position of technical director, comes the first change for the team led by Silvio Berlusconi alongside Adriano Galliani.

She goes by the name of Andrea Ranocchia, with the 34-year-old Italy international staying at Inter on a free transfer (his contract expires at the end of June) and shaking hands with the Serie A newcomer on a two-year deal.

This news was published by the journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who even states that the two sides have agreed that the player will undergo a medical next Tuesday (6/21) to officially finalize the deal.

It is noted that Ranocchia stayed at Inter for almost 11 years (during which time he also had two loan spells, in Sampdoria and Hull), where he was in fact the league leader in the 2014-15 season (before handing the armband to Icardi) . The experienced stopper has played a total of 223 games with the Nerazzurri during this period, scoring 14 goals and making 21 appearances with the Italian national team.

In the 37th minute of the game, the Georgian international earned a foul and a yellow card from his opponent, in a phase that took place in front of Mourinho, who insisted that there was not even a foul.

Afterwards, the Portuguese technician initially shouted at Kvaratshelias, telling him that he was just acting, but as he approached Georgianos, he hugged him, kissed him and began talking to him in a very calm tone while the two men found each other. A little later, the recording showed Mourinho having a very friendly chat with Osimen.
