Dybala: ‘Roma is a rising team, it’s a privilege to work with Mourinho’

Paulo Dybala made no secret of his delight at his deal with Roma shortly after the official announcement, with Argentina striker naming Jose Mourinho and the Giallorossi fans.

On Monday night he had passed his medical exam and was effectively a Roma player, although the formal part of his takeover was completed on Wednesday (20/7) when the Eternal City team announced Paulo Dybala’s contract until 2025.

“Hello Roma fans, I am very happy to be here. I hope to see and meet you soon. Come on Roma.” was the first message from the 28-year-old striker via Wolves’ official Twitter account (it was accompanied by the relevant video), followed by several photos of him in the bright pink shirt.

His official presentation is expected to take place on August 6, the day after the friendly with Shakhtar at the Olimpico, with Joya giving a sneak peek anyway, making first statements on Wednesday:

The days leading up to this signing were a mix of many emotions: the determination and speed with which Roma showed they wanted me made all the difference.

I’ve joined a thriving team, a club that is laying ever stronger foundations for the future and a coach, Jose Mourinho, who is a privilege to work with.

As an opponent, I admired the atmosphere created by the Giallorossi fans, I can’t wait to greet them in the Roma shirt.”

The end of his first game with the Roma, also in an unofficial match, will – subject to a shocking contingency – happen next Saturday (23/7) when Roma play Nice in a friendly.

Incredibly, Mourinho, he sang it to Kvaratshelias and was hugging and kissing him within 10 seconds

An incredible scene took place in the first 45 minutes of the Roma-Napoli game in which Jose Mourinho first theatrically cheered Kvaratshelias and then hugged and kissed him within ten seconds.

Incredible scene in Rome – Napoli where Jose Mourinho first chants Quaratschelia and then within ten seconds hugs, kisses and talks to him as if he were his father.

In the 37th minute of the game, the Georgian international earned a foul and a yellow card from his opponent, in a phase that took place in front of Mourinho, who insisted that there was not even a foul.

Afterwards, the Portuguese technician initially shouted at Kvaratshelias, telling him that he was just acting, but as he approached Georgianos, he hugged him, kissed him and began talking to him in a very calm tone while the two men found each other. A little later, the recording showed Mourinho having a very friendly chat with Osimen.
