Georginio Wijnaldum is a ‘burden’ for Paris to get rid of and Roma have seized the opportunity, with Mourinho’s side holding talks with the Dutch midfielder and negotiating the cost of his loan with the French.

In the summer of 2021, Georginio Wijnaldum made the decision to leave the Premier League after a remarkable career with Newcastle and Liverpool and join Ligue 1 for Paris, a decision that didn’t do him justice.

On Saturday (December 23), Napoli announced Victor Osimen’s contract extension until the summer of 2026, with the Nigerian striker pictured alongside Aurelio De Laurentiis.
