Komiso: “Vlahovic wanted to destroy Fiorentina”

Fiorentina president counterattacked after completing Dusan Vlahovic’s transfer to Juventus, accusing the Serbian striker and his managers of trying to enrich themselves at the expense of the viola.

The transfer of Dusan Vlahovic to Juventus has infuriated and enraged Fiorentina fans and alongside the player who became persona non grata overnight, much of their…curse also received Rocco Comiso who let the Vetio Signio grab the Serbian attackers.

For his part, the Viola president wanted to react to what the team’s friends had attributed to him in recent days and with his statements today, he claimed that the player and his managers tried to cause great damage to the club and his sale for 75 million euros was the best deal they could make in favor of the Tuscan team.

“It was a complicated subject for me and for those who work for Fiorentina. I came back in November to try to reach an agreement but his managers were liars. Everything went well on our first date and although I thought we were about to renew, we negotiated for months, they surprised us nicely and said Dusan wanted 8 million euros a year.

As he increased his financial aspirations, so did his managers, who wanted exclusivity in the sale. Our people were in England most of the time to speak to a club, but every time a proposal came in, the player’s managers turned it down.

They aimed to reach the end of his contract and destroy Fiorentina. “They wanted to get rich at our expense.” stressed the strongman of Fiorentina, adding meaningfully:

“If the deal was good for Fiorentina, selling the player to Juventus? A little more than good, the best! A masterpiece. Fiorentina won €75m. They will put that money in their coffers within three years and maybe. ” this amount will reach 80 million.

“It’s the biggest transfer ever made in January and it gives us a chance to look to the future, not the past.”
