In court, Aris and Bourgos terminated his contract with EPO
Aris terminated Herman Burgos’ contract with the EPO as they failed to agree on the terms of ending their cooperation and the case is now being taken to court.
Aris is looking for a new coach, while Herman Bourgos is a thing of the past from the yellow bench. However, this divorce will not go entirely smoothly.
In particular, Aris and the Argentine have not agreed on the terms of the contract termination and the Yellows have canceled his contract with the EPO.
Both sides were in talks about ending their cooperation, but this was not possible. From Aris, they emphasize that there is a condition for terminating the contract with payment of all wages accrued.
This was not accepted by Burgos and the two sides will settle their differences in court.
