Meeting of PAOK PAOK leaders with Kyriakos Mitsotakis about Nea Toumba
High-ranking officials of the PAE and the amateur PAOK had a meeting with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday (September 1) on the important issue of Nea Toumpa. Everything that became known from the meeting in the Ministry of Macedonia – Thrace.
With Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on Thursday (1/9) in the Ministry of Macedonia – Thrace, representatives of PAOK, both PAE and Erasitechnis, with Nea Toumba as the main topic of discussion.
Makis Gagatsis, representing PAOK PAOK, briefed the Prime Minister on all developments on the field and laid the carpet the question of using Kavanzoglio, which is pending. He also transferred the plans of the Dikefalos estate for the construction of a new training center in the Thermi area.
The Vice President of PAEK PAOK said among other things: “From June 10, when we received the PD, in 70 days we have the plans that will be put for public consultation, the master plan that will have to be approved by the region and the municipality in 2022. At the same time, we need the approval of the strategic environmental impact study for the issuance of permits by spring“.
For his part, AS PAOK President Thanasis Katsaris spoke about the need for equality in the field issue and support, similar to what other teams have had, while at the same time demanding that Erasitechnis be granted inactive sports fields in Thessaloniki and a new stadium will be built to accommodate the remaining ones cover sections.
Giannis Dimogiannis, head of the building and infrastructure development department, also attended the meeting.
