OFI organizes voluntary blood donations for childhood cancer

PAE OFI continues its actions against childhood cancer for another year by organizing a voluntary blood donation at the PAGNI stand. Those fans who donate blood will receive an invitation to play with Panaitolikos.

OFI continues information and awareness campaigns on childhood and adolescent cancer and organizes a voluntary blood donation together with the charity “Parea tis Agapi” at the PAGNI blood donation stand.

The Heraklion team’s actions will continue as part of the match against Panaitolikos, while those fans who participate in the blood donation will receive an invitation to the match against the Agrini team.

The announcement of PAE OFI in detail: For one more year, OFI 1925 actively participates in the fight to inform and raise awareness about childhood and adolescent cancer, since September is a month dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer.

In this regard, we are announcing a series of promotions that will continue from tomorrow (8/9) and will culminate on Saturday (10/9) in the match against Panaitolikos.

Specifically, we organize on Thursday, 8./9. from 16:30 to 20:00 together with the charity “The Company of Love” a voluntary blood donation at the PAGNI blood donation stand in Eleftherias Square.

Those sports fans who come to the center of Heraklion (16:30 – 20:00) and donate blood for the children of PAGNI Hematology-Oncology Clinic for Children and Adolescents will receive a FREE invitation to play with Panaitolikos (10/ 9). Door 2 of “Th. Vardinogiannis”.

The actions of PAE OFI 1925 will continue on Saturday when in gate 6 of our stadium families with children fighting against themselves will be hosted and will follow the game with the team of Agrinio.

Before the start of the game, the football players of the two teams and the referees enter the field in T-shirts with the gold ribbon (international symbol of childhood cancer awareness) and the inscription “Our Heroes”, while the symbol against childhood cancer is used by worn by all team members working in the field.

Come to the center of our city on Thursday (September 8th), donate 10 minutes of your time to Our Heroes and watch OFI’s game against Panaitolikos on Saturday (September 10th) for free!“.
