PAS Giannina: “The EEC is exposed again, our course has disturbed many”

Announcement response to the Professional Sports Committee shortly after the EWG announced that it accepted AEL’s claim for breaching the PAS’s Undeclared Transfer of Share Capital Provisions, made the team from Ioannina.

As a PAE, we are therefore convinced that the competent disciplinary bodies will not impose any penalties on us and in any case declare that we will exhaust all responsibilities up to the CAS if necessary.
